Adresse parfaite sur Toulouse ! On fait tout a pieds, l'emplacement est idéal ! Pour le stationnement, il est possible de trouver des places aux alentours et de faire des périodes de 2 heures sur EasyPark pour ne pas payer plein pot. Les prestations de l'appart-hotel sont vraiment TOP ! Le personnel est bienveillant et attentionné. La chambre est tout equipé et spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Je recommande sans hésiter cette adresse !
Acogedor apartamento súper completo; piscina , sauna , gimnasio …. Una cocina muy funcional y una terraza maravillosa para desayunar cómodamente . Cama supletoria súper amplia. Equipo de recepción muy atento , al que le damos las gracias. Volveremos a probar el desayuno , porque encima los niños comen gratis .
Bonsoir, Un appartement hôtel 4 etoiles. Quand je lis les avis je me dis tout va bien se dérouler. Malheureusement je suis dégoûtée nous sommes en vacances et nous sommes attaqué par les moustiques tigre. Ça fait mal de ne pas dormir. C'est un problème sérieux. Nous n'irons plus sur la terrasse car là-bas il y a une cinquantaine de moustiques. Je ne peux pas aérer la chambre. Dans la chambre il y a même une colonie de fourmis mais ça c'est moins dérangeant. Le personnel n'a aucune solution pour nous. Et moi qui espérait reprendre de l'énergie après ce séjour au lieu de ça on se retrouve avec des piqûres partout sur le corps. Un sommeil pas réparateur ainsi qu'un stress. La nuit les moustiques nous piquent et la journée interdiction d'aller se poser sur la terrasse. Heureusement que nous f…

The hotel was good in general. It met my expectations. And it particularly exceeded my expectations in terms of the personnel. In one moment a had a sick friend and needed to find a doctor. Two members of the personnel helped directly, called the public doctor, helped translate, and came back to us many times to ensure he was ok. Many thanks for being so gentle.

Stellar location. Extremely welcoming staff. Upgraded for free to a T3. Walking distance from train station, from l’Entrecote delicious steaks, Maison du Cassoulet and Capitole. If the electricity does not work with your card, open the box next to your room door and fix the breaker

I had a health emergency (bed bugs in my luggage, clothing) and could no longer travel. The hotel would not work with me on resolving a refund. So I lost about €190 for a hotel stay I never went to. I contacted them before the check non day and they would not help me and charged me for the full stay. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

Nous avons tout adoré ! Séjour d'une nuit avec notre fille de 4 ans et demi. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées, confortables, la literie top! Très calme! Nous avons tous super bien dormi ! Le personnel est vraiment super sympa et agréable ! On a apprécié la clim dans la chambre, la piscine, le sauna, la douche multi jets, le parking en garage sous l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner aussi était très bon, plein de propositions ! Merci à toute l'équipe, on reviendra !

Agree with the comments below - prospective guests should be aware that there is currently a significant construction project taking place directly opposite the hotel. The disruption itself is not what disappointed us. Construction projects are sometimes unavoidable. The issue was the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled by the hotel. At no point before our arrival were we informed that half the rooms were affected by ongoing works. After checking in and discovering the extent of the noise, we asked whether it would be possible to move to a quieter room, but were told that no alternatives were available. We also received no reduction in rate or other accommodation despite the circumstances. Noise from drilling and heavy construction activity began at around 7:30 a.m.…

Half of the hotel rooms are facing ongoing construction works starting at 7.30am from the building opposite. Looks like they will last for several months. Hotel forgot to mention that when we booked. When we asked for a different room, we were told there is no room available. And the hotel manager would not offer any discount on the room. Stay away and cancel your booking if you are planning to stay over the coming months. View from the room (not zoomed) so you can see how close the works are.

Lokalizacja idealna w Tuluzie. Od dworca Matabieu 5 minut na nogach. Do metra 5 minut. Do sklepu Lidl lub Carrefour 1 min. Personel bezproblemowy. Basen fajny do relaxu. Nie duży ale wystarczający. Do lotniska jest blisko autobus 9€/os a Uber za 16€. Śniadania wystarczające. Widać ze się starają. U mnie akurat byl problem bo jest mała sala na posilki i na początek śniadania przychodziła spora grupa i nie zawsze bylo miejsce, trzeba bylo czekać. Ale to chyba troche akurat pech. Plus points, the fab location, the comfortable bed and bedding. Downsides the balcony was filthy with uneven dangerous tiles. We stayed 4 nights the cleaner came on the last day after 5pm. We had been out all day so wanted to get changed so didn't have any cleaning done. We would stay again though purely because we liked the location so much.
